LAUREN is a MULTIFACETED CREATIVE BASED in ORANGE COUNTY, CA.

Lauren (Lo) started her own freelance company in 2015 designing and rebranding for multiple companies across different industries. Since then she has been a Senior Marketing Designer, Creative Director, and Graphic Designer, UGC Content Creator and Stylist. She has worked with many amazing brands including The Steve Jobs Archive and Afterpay, being apart of collaborations that include Virgil Abloh, Naomi Osaka, and David Yurman. From fintech to skincare brands to e-comm platforms, Lo’s passion for timeless creative and excellence is reflected in all of her work.

How did you get into design?

I was offered an internship when I was 15 with Jen Wagner Co. She now designs gorgeous typefaces which have been used by well-known authors and companies. Alo Moves just used her font “Perfectly Nineties” in their marketing!

What are some other creative outlets you have besides graphic design?

Fashion, music, food, and content creation are big ones. I released a single back in 2018 that landed four TV placements. I create fashion, beauty, and wellness content for my instagram as well as cook on the daily. Entrepreneurship is another; I’ve had my own businesses since I was 13. Fashion design, blogging, calligraphy, sketching/painting, writing poetry and music, photography, videography, creative direction, interior design, even crocheting haha. Name a creative outlet and I’ve probably tried it.

Why was graphic design the outlet you chose?

Graphic design doesn’t limit me to one specific industry. I could design packaging for Ralph Lauren or an album cover for Laufey. I’m passionate about creating and I love that I don’t have to tie myself down to creating one thing.
